Sariah is of the (Hebrew orgin) meaning: "Princess of the Lord" also in (Hebrew) the suffix "-iah" has a suggnificant meaning. At the end of a name if "-iah" was present this told the character of the person possessing this name, telling he or she is "In covenant with God"... in another translation "Of or from God".
